For a typical installation of Sublime Text, this will be located at /Applications/Sublime Text.app/Contents/SharedSupport/bin. To use subl, the Sublime Text bin folder needs to be added to the path. 32bit installs on a 32bit version of Windows will be in C:\Program Files\Sublime Text\.
